Who is this module for?

This impactful training session is designed specifically for headteachers, SENCos, and senior leaders committed to embedding inclusive practice across their schools.

Description

Grounded in the latest Ofsted framework (2025) and SEND reforms, the module focuses on inclusion as a core measure of leadership effectiveness—not just an add-on. Inclusion is not seen as just good practice—it is essential leadership practice that enables every pupil to achieve, belong, and thrive. Through a blend of evidence-informed content, real-life examples, and leadership-focused activities, delegates will leave with a clear action plan to embed inclusive practice across their setting.

  • Recognise the need for change, to improve the educational experiences and outcomes of all children and young people.
  • Understand the vital role that leaders have in enabling inclusion.
